We are a small shop, so the buck stops with the person at the other end of your phone. We maintain a high level of personal accountability with each client. Our goal with you is as follows:
- First, listen. We need to get a clear idea of where you stand in the market and what your goals are. Only then can we tailor our activities to meet your needs.
- Second, we listen some more. We need to get a sense of how much you know about the markets you are entering. If you are a market savvy player, you'll realize quickly that our experience in and focus on these markets translates into the actionable results you are seeking. If you are new to the environmental markets and the whole thing is perplexing to you, then you'll find in us a patient and trustworthy source of education and information.
- Third, we are meticulous in our deal closing. We make sure that the t's are crossed and the i's dotted. We take care that our counterparties are well matched so that you don't waste your time.
- Lastly, we provide excellent follow up. Once a deal is closed, we are always at hand to help out if any issues arise. We do everything in our power to make sure all our deals go to signature.
